How valid is the news about the government not giving Non-Muslims relief funds during the pandemic?

I’ve been hearing this a lot, but I haven’t seen it from many reliable news sources (here’s one from [AsiaNews](http://asianews.it/news-en/Coronavirus:-Karachi-NGO-denies-food-to-poor-Hindus-and-Christians-49699.html)and here’s one from [business-standard](https://www.business-standard.com/article/news-ani/discrimination-amid-pandemic-pakistan-refuses-to-give-food-to-hindus-as-covid-19-rages-120040100523_1.html)). The only source that I saw refuting the claim was [TheNews](https://www.thenews.com.pk/print/637723-no-evidence-supports-indian-news-agency-s-baseless-story-claiming-hindus-denied-rations-in-karachi), but I’m not quite sure how reliable it is either.

So, to anyone living in the region right now who may be aware of the situation; how true are these claims?
